Snow Folks Gift Bag

Good Morning Friends,today is a new challenge over at BBTB2 . Frosty the Snowman is the theme and we want you to make a project incorporating cricut cut snowmen. It was fun to papercraft some after making so many real ones lately!

 

 

The gift bag is cut at 4" from Artiste and embossed,inked and enamelled.

A little distressed washi tape for interest.

 

 

 

The snowflake and snow peeps were cut at 3" from Snow Folks.

I cut a few snowflakes and glued them together to make it sturdy enough for inking and adding twinklets to.

 

 

A bit more inking and doodling and some 3d foam for dimension.

I used Ranger black enamel accents for the eyes.

Birthday Buoy

Friday already...where did that week go? Lol!

 

Today is a new challenge over at Little Scrap Pieces.

The Fun Friday challenge is Birthday. We always need birthday cards right?

 

I had a bit of fun with this one...

 

 

This was so easy to make and I like how it turned out.

I used Wild Card 2 for everything except the banner.

All cut at 4.5",a little inking and embossing.

The banner and sentiment(combination of stamps) are all My Creative Time.

Hello my crafty friends,hope your week is going well.

 

It seems ages since I've had time to play in my craft room,but I got an hour to myself today and decided to join in a couple of challenges.

 

 

I made this gift bag ...mmmmm...perfect for a spot of jewellery me thinks!!

What's jammin?

Good Morning! Hope your weekend was fun. We are still experiencing snow and virtually everything comes to a standstill in the UK!! (Except for my work!!!...didn't plan that well did I? Lol!!)

 

Today is a new challenge over at FCCB - Sound of Music. We want to see something related to music...instruments,notes etc on your project. It must include a cricut cut.

 

 

I used an old favourite - Life's a Party for the guitar and card at 4".

A little inking and embossing and a sentiment by Whimsy Sentiment Stamps - Touch of Sweetness Notables Set.

Little Scrap Pieces - Use a Flower

Hi,hope you are enjoying your weekend.

 We got snow yesterday which has been lots of fun and lots of disruption!

 

The challenge this week over at Little Scrap Pieces is to use a flower.

 

I decided to go with this cute little cracker..
 

 

My BFF and I are going to do a craft fair and I made this as a prototype!

 

The cracker and sentiment are both from My Creative Time.

I used to make lots of these simple flowers.

I punch a circle of card,wet it,crumple it and then let it dry.

Finished with a gem. and some twine.

Bird and Branch BBTB2 Challenge

Happy Monday,hope you had a great weekend.

Today is my turn to host the challenge over at BBTB2.

With spring just around the corner and nature as inspiration I chose a bird and branch theme. I have a thing for trees,branches and fences...I know kinda strange...so felt a cricut cut branch had to be added to the cricut cut bird project!! Lol!

 

I made this card for my Mum whose birthday was yesterday.

Fun Friday Winter Blues

Hello and today is a new Fun Friday Challenge over at Little Scrap Pieces.

The theme is Winter Blues and we would like to see a winter project or a project incorporating the colour blue.

 

 

I kept my Winter birthday card simple with a couple of memory box dies and my favourite frantage embossing enamel and fragments.

Snowflake Challenge

After a lovely break for the holidays over at BBTB2 we are back and raring to go with some new weekly challenges for 2013.

 

Our talented and inspirational leader, Susan, has chosen the first challenge of this new year and the theme is Snowflake.

You can create any project you like but it must include a cricut cut snowflake.
 



 

I used Teresa Collins Dec 25th for the snowflake and flourish at 2.5".

A little inking and glamour dust with a touch of berries  and there you have it.

Now my DT sisters have lots of inspiration so do check them out and I look forward to seeing your projects.

Fun Friday Challenge

Hi Friends,back to work today ..glad it's friday! Lol!

I have a wedding card to share that I made for a friend of mine ....

 

 

I used Teddy Bear Parade for the cuts and the Happy Couple loved it.
