Pretty Box

Hi,hope you all had a fantastic Easter. Looking forward to another long weekend as for anyone who doesn't know we've been given Friday off for the Royal Wedding and Monday is a bank holiday! Yippee!
Today I have a special box I've made for my Mum. I am going to fill it with something special for her.
I am entering this into these challenges:-
Fantabulous Cricut        - #11 - Mum's the Word
My Sheri Crafts            - #54 - 3d gift item
Celebrate the Occasion - #11 - Mother's Day


Recipe
Life's a Party - hexagonal box cut@ 8.75"
Storybook - Mum letters 1.25",Branch fancy corners 1.5",Branches 1 - 1.5",Scalloped circles(flower shadow) .75 - 1.5"
Ranger glimmer mist - heirloom gold
Vintage photo distress ink
Glamour Dust

I'm guessing probably just about everyone knows how to make these flowers but just in case...
Circles inked,wet and scrunched.Open them out,put a brad through 3 or more of them and whilst they are wet,glimmer mist,scrunch back into flower shapes. When dry they are very solid.I then added glamour dust.

    This is gorgeous, Jayne! I love the touch of embossing and your flowers are gorgeous. We don't have Friday off here - but are taking it off!! We'll have to get up much earlier than you though. Still, wouldn't miss the wedding for anything!
