Happy Monday Everyone!
Today we don't have a challenge for you over at BBTB2 but an inspiration week and our theme is Summer Fun!
We used our cricuts to make a project for something associated with summer.
I made a tent treat box from Campin' Critters.
I wanted this cart for ever and it took a very long time to be available in the UK and to my shame this is the first time I've used it!!
The DP is Maggie Holmes by Crate paper and all cuts are at 6".
Grass is a MS punch.
My son is off to camp with school soon and I thought I would smuggle a small treat in his bag! I know the DP isn't very 'male' themed but I wanted vintage pretty and not boy!! lol.
I just added a little inking and doodling.
I also made a card to match cut at 3".
I much prefer crafted tents to the real thing!!!
Do check out all the fab inspiration for summer my fellow DT ladies have to share.
Thanks for stopping by.

AWESOME little project and I LOVE your card too Jayne,FANTASTIC job as always my friend!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYour tent and card is adorable Jayne!! I love that little tent, but sad to say I haven't tried it yet either. Although unlike you, I do enjoy camping in a tent, just getting to old for tent camping!! lol The back doesn't like it anymore, but I so love camping because there are no phones, no tv-just relaxation and we can enjoy each other and board games again. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI never was a good camper kinda gal, but I would definitely camp out in a tent like this one.
ReplyDeleteLove it.
Hugs
Carole
Your tent is much prettier than any I've ever camped in! My back does not like camping much anymore either-it wants a nice posture-pedic mattress and lots of pillows, lol! But your tent is perfect for yummy treats-your son will love it!
