BBTB2 Star

Good Morning! How are you?
Can you believe how quickly summer is flying?

Today we have a new challenge over at BBTB2. Our lovely Julie has asked us to use a moon or star cut.

I have been stalking the Tim Holtz star die...(oooh by the way did I mention Tim is coming to the UK and I am going to his workshop!? ...).
I decided I didn't need to buy the die as I could make the same 3d star using my cricut....

I used Art Philosophy for all my cuts.
I cut the star at 5" and scored and inked it.
The layers were cut at 5.25" and the card at 5.5".
I piled lots of hot glue into the centre of the star to keep it's shape in the post!

I used My Creative Time Vintage Stitched Label die and Gift Card Sentiments
for my sentiment.
(I know ! Christmas again but all the Christmas DP's are coming into the stores and I wanted to use Dovecraft's Tis the Season).

I was really pleased that the star turned out so well and was so easy to make.
The DT ladies have lots of inspiration for you so do check them out and come play along with us.
