Bigger Bitty Bag

Hello, wow Thursday already! Hope you are having a great week. I just wanted to share my bigger bitty bag project with you.

Kimberly over at My Craft Spot has some great new valentine stamp sets out and a fabulous selection of bitty bags.  I am always drawn to the smallest (and I have been busy making lots of things for my guest day at My Craft Spot next week),but wanted to use one of the bigger bags. Now my fellow DT have already made some lovely things with these bags so do check out their ideas.

Mine is a treat holder, gift card holder and card all in one!

My thinking was that when I give a gift card I always think it's nice to have a little something to open as well, hence the sweeties!

Recipe
I folded the bag in half and used  my vagabond and a die to cut a window out of one side.
I put some jelly beans into a cello bag and attached with double sided tape  behind the aperture.

I cut an opening on the other half of bag. This is where the card sits.

I added a gift card with pop dots on the inside.

The tag card is from Art Philosopohy cut at 6"

I used Friends and Neighbors stamp set and ribbons all from My Craft Spot.

I think this would be a great birthday idea and plan to make more.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs
Jayne x

  16. This is so clever, Jayne! I love the little window you've added. (Well, perhaps it's the treats I see inside - but that's because of your window!!)
