I would like to say thank-you to My Sheri Crafts for my second ooh la la award and to Fantabulous cricut, where I had a design team top 5 finish. It really makes my day to know that you like what I make. Thanks so much.
My card I am sharing today is entered into these challenges:-
My Sheri Crafts challenge#53 - use a bunny
Fantabulous Cricut challenge#56 - use a chick or bunny
Basic Grey Challenges challenge#42 - easter/spring
Crafting Misfit New Season - New Skill
Well, where do I start? I know my bunny is in the shade but it seemed appropriate as I was trying to get her hiding in the shadow of the tree after hiding her easter eggs!
I love how this card turned out,but I nearly gave up on it.....my new 'skill' was to make a stair step card, something I have never done before. Now,I'm not one for lots of measurements and I like to throw something together, but after 1 failed attempt,I resorted to instructions!!(From Magnolia Ink -Easter magazine.)
Basic grey backing papers from 6x6" cupcake pad -inked,end panels stitched
Cricut cuts- Create a Critter -tree,embossed,sanded & inked -cut@4.75"
bunny -cut@2.5"
tulips -cut@2"
grass -cut@1"
Doodlecharms - eggs
Chicks -Martha Stewart punch
Stampin up punches for greeting
Everything distress inked and lots of 3d foam.
Gems for bunny nose & eyes
Thanks for looking.Jayne x
