Hello Friends ,hope you had a great weekend.
I was lucky enough to attend a Hels Sheridan workshop at the weekend. I will share photos of my project and the one from Tim's once I get organised!
We have spent all summer taking our son to various golfing tournaments. He is playing well and is now down to a handicap of 8. Hubby and I have been playing lots too and played in yet another competition yesterday. I really need to magic up some time for my craft room!!
Today is my turn to host over at BBTB2 and I chose a shaped card theme using any cricut cart.
Every year I make my son a back to school card, so this is what I made for him.....

I think shaped cards always look extra special. Do check out the vast array from the talented DT ladies and come and join in the fun.
I have another shaped card to share later this week.
Your back to school shaped card is fabulous Jayne! I bet your son loved it and I think it is so special that you do this for him!! I also am so impressed that your son only has a handicap of 8 in golfing!! I'm not a golfer, but my guys play for fun from time to time. You must be very proud of him!! I love that you and your DH are playing together too!! Hugs!

Oh my gosh - this card is just darling! Love that you made it into a shaped card! Your doodles are a great accent and I love the fun little charm - super cute card!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute, Jayne. I bet he loved it. He's doing great in golf. I don't play but my hubby and sons do. So I actually know quite a lot about it. At least more than any other sport. I was a cheerleader in Jr. High school and still don't know anything about football. lol
ReplyDeleteGreat back to school card!

So, does Ossi cry or throw the card at you when you present him with the annual Back to School card? My kids would have been like, "Really mom? Really?!!" Perhaps those Brit kids are better behaved!! ;)
ReplyDeleteI loved this challenge. I actually designed a couple of different projects before settling on the one I posted. I will post the others at a later date.
Love your Back to School shaped card. The papers are wonderful and I love how you added the crayon charms. Darling.
